Preferred Client Program

Through the Preferred Client Program, employees, family members and friends will receive:
• A designated Preferred Client Program Coordinator to provide personalized real estate consulting and
• A high level of real estate service, provided by top agents at The Corcoran Group or their network brokers
across the country.
• A non-taxable rebate when buying or selling real estate across the country, paid post-closing.
To be eligible for this program, Mount Sinai employees and students only have to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and mention reference code MTS2019 when requesting real estate assistance. Enrollment with the Preferred Client Coordinator must be completed before contacting or enlisting the services of a real estate agent and employees must close with the agent referred by the Coordinator. The Corcoran Group’s Preferred Client Program Coordinator will determine the needs of the employee/student and refer them to an agent based on those needs. The program is not available to employees/students purchasing or selling property if relocating through a relocation management program.
